iron bisglycinate has no direct interaction with the active stack (bupropion, vilazodone, amphetamine, lisdexamfetamine). HOWEVER, iron must NOT be supplemented blind — supplementing into iron-replete or overload state can cause harm. Defer until baseline labs are drawn (ferritin + transferrin saturation; ideally also CBC, RBC indices). Once labs confirm low ferritin or low TSAT, this becomes a CLEAR with prescriber sign-off. Note: take separately from coffee/tea/calcium/stimulant dose for absorption.
